MOVEMENT VS CONTRACTION

Movement is mostly reflexive and joint-driven. The body will always find a way to complete a task, even if the right muscles are not doing their job.

Contraction is conscious and precise. When you train contraction, you train the nervous system to use the right muscles in the right sequence — and your joints finally stop compensating.
